One of, if not the most sought after community, in Stuart is located right on the tip of the southern end of Hutchinson Island.  The community, Sailfish Point has a little bit of everything.  For boaters, there is a wide intracoastal with easy access to the ocean.  For ocean lovers, you can buy your dream estate on the ocean.  And all this is located inside a beautiful gate golf community in Stuart.

The Stuart real estate market is very diverse.  However, when looking for the best of all things that south Florida has to offer, you shouldn’t have to look any further than Sailfish Point.

The Medalist located in Hobe Sound is a beautiful new country club community. Founded by Greg Norman the Medalist is meant for the true lover of golf. The Medalist in Hobe Sound offers a 26,000 square foot clubhouse as well as 2 restaurants and 3 guest cottages. The Medalist 18 hole golf course was a collaboration Greg Norman and Pete Dye course and is a caddie course for the serious golfer.

I figured since this is the first post, I’d just discuss a couple of the cities we cover.

There are several great cities and areas in Martin County.  Probably the most city oriented is Stuart.  Stuart real estate is very diverse.  You can find great condos, beautiful very wide water view houses and great country club communities.

Hobe sound is the most southern town.  The town is wonderful and quaint and the hobe sound real estate market is amazing.  Hobe sound is the small town just west of Jupiter Island and the city is small, but very nice.  The location can’t be beat and to the west you can get large acreage.

This brings us to the Jupiter Island real estate market.  There really is no where else like it.  Beautiful large estates can be found all over the island, some spanning form the ocean to the wide intracoastal.   The area is very exclusive and home to many of the rich and famous.  If you are looking for a true paradise, while retaining your privacy, there is nothing like Jupiter Island.
